1. TERMS

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, applicable laws, and regulations, and to comply with them. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. All materials contained on this site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION

To book an appointment, all patients are required to provide contact details including name, home address, telephone number, and email address.
Before your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a medical history form, which will be sent to you by email.

All information provided by patients is confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation. Patient information will never be shared with third parties without written consent, and you will not receive unsolicited communications from Dr Alannah or The Pemberley Clinic.

You may request removal from our mailing list at any time to stop further communication.

3. DEPOSITS

All appointments (unless part of a prepaid course) require a £50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Deposit fees are redeemed against your treatment, not retail product purchases.

By paying a deposit, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions.

4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

The Pemberley Clinic operates a 72-hour cancellation policy.

  • To cancel your appointment, please provide at least 72-hours noice to avoid losing your deposit.

  • To reschedule and transfer your deposit to a new date, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time.

  • You may reschedule a maximum of two times. After this, a new deposit will be required for future bookings.

Failure to attend an appointment without sufficient notice will result in loss of deposit.
If you are on a prepaid course or package, the missed treatment will be forfeited.

5. SICKNESS POLICY

If you are unwell, have an active infection, or are taking antibiotics (for reasons other than acne), your treatment may not proceed.
If you arrive unfit for treatment and have previously disclosed this, your deposit will be retained and not transferable.

If you have a cold sore (or feel one developing), you will not be able to receive lip filler, chin filler, nasolabial fold filler, chemical peel, or microneedling treatments.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to rearrange due to illness or a cold sore.

6. APPOINTMENTS

Please check all confirmation and reminder emails as they contain important pre-appointment information.

All new patients must be seen for consultation and assessment. To ensure an adequate cooling-off period, treatment is not carried out on the first visit.

Routine Botulinum Toxin review appointments are offered between 2–3 weeks post-treatment. If you are unable to attend your review, no additional treatment or ‘top-up’ will be provided once the review period has passed.

7. DECLINING TREATMENT

We reserve the right to decline treatment at any time if we deem it unsafe or unsuitable for the patient.

8. CHILDREN

We do not treat individuals under the age of 18 without prior arrangement with a parent or guardian.

9. PACKAGES

All treatment packages must be paid in full before treatment commences and are non-refundable and non-transferable

10. REFUNDS

Fees charged for treatment cover the delivery of the service and associated clinical care, including:

  • Consultation and assessment

  • Provision of information and advice

  • Medically safe, evidence-based treatment

  • Follow-up appointments and aftercare advice

As results vary from person to person, The Pemberley Clinic cannot guarantee outcomes and therefore cannot offer refunds if results do not meet personal expectations..

11. GOCARDLESS PROGRAMME

If a client fails to attend an appointment as part of a GoCardless subscription, or provides fewer than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, the session will be forfeited.

A direct debit must be set up at the time of deposit payment.
If the direct debit is cancelled during the subscription, you will be liable to pay the full price of any treatments received as well as any outstanding balance from treatments that have been carried out. Your subscription will be cancelled and void.

12. FEEDBACK

We value your feedback and use it to continually improve our service.
Feedback may be submitted verbally, via email, through our website, or on Google Reviews.

13. COMPLAINTS

We strive to ensure every patient has an excellent experience.
If you wish to make a complaint, please contact the clinic as soon as possible.
A copy of our Complaints Policy is available on request.

14. USE LICENSE

No permission is granted to download or copy any materials (data or content) from The Pemberley Clinic website for personal or commercial use. You may not:

  • Modify or reproduce materials

  • Use materials for any public or commercial purpose

  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software or content

  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices

  • Transfer or “mirror” materials on another server

If you possess any downloaded materials, you must destroy them immediately in both digital and printed forms.

15. DISCLAIMER

All materials on The Pemberley Clinic’s website are provided “as is.”
The clinic makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, results, or reliability.
The clinic accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use materials from the website.

16. LIMITATIONS

In no event shall The Pemberley Clinic or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising from use of the website, even if the clinic has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

17. AMENDMENTS AND ERRATA

The materials displayed on The Pemberley Clinic’s website may include typographical or technical errors.
The clinic reserves the right to make changes to the materials or content at any time without notice and does not commit to updating materials regularly.

18. LINKS

The Pemberley Clinic is not responsible for the content of any third-party websites linked to this site.
The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of linked websites is at your own risk.

19. MODIFICATIONS

The Pemberley Clinic may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
By continuing to use this site, you agree to be bound by the most current version.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

21. REFER A FRIEND PROGRAMME

  • The referrer must be an existing client of The Pemberley Clinic.

  • Existing clients will receive £50 credit to be used towards treatments.

  • The £50 credit will be applied once the referred friend has attended their first treatment (following consultation).

  • Credits must be redeemed within 12 months of issue.

  • There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer; however, each £50 credit can only be used against one transaction.

  • This offer is valid on all treatments and injectables.

  • The credit applies to treatments only and cannot be used on retail products.

  • The £50 credit must be used in full, with no cash or credit alternative available.

  • All treatments are subject to consultation and medical suitability.

  • The new client must mention the referrer’s name at the time of booking or during their consultation to qualify for the reward.
